How to reach and visit the 5 terre National Park
The most convenient and economical means of transport to reach the Cinque Terre is definitely the train, along the railway line Genoa-La Spezia. Each village of the Cinque Terre has a railway station and are all reachable by train, here the website of Italian Railway Lines https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html.
You can buy tickets directly at different stations. Tickets can be bought at ticket offices, but to avoid long queues, better to buy them at the ticket machines or via the internet, or take the Cinque Terre Card Train (https://www.trenitalia.com/en/services/travel-around-5-terre.html) that allows an unlimited number of journeys in second class on the regional trains between Levanto and La Spezia.
There is also the possibility to use the boat between the various villages, the only village that does not have a port is Corniglia.
